We have updated the format of Leatherhead's Global Legal Highlights to offer Member clear insights into both upcoming and newly implemented regulations. The regulatory articles are categorised based on their maturity as follow:

• Established: Activities to regulate/intervene in a particular field have been finalised. Details and timeframes are known.
• Evolving: Activities to regulate/intervene in a particular field have occurred, including target dates, but details and timeframes have not been finalised.
• Emerging: The potential to regulate/intervene in a particular field has been raised or discussed. Studies may have been initiated or an opinion from business/NGOs have been requested.
