• Evolving: Activities to regulate/intervene in a particular field have been occurred, including target dates, but details and timeframes have not been finalised
• Emerging: The potential to regulate/intervene in a particular are has been raise or discussed. Studies may have been initiated or view from business/NGOs have been requested
