Zero findings in cooking instructions UKAS audit

24 February 2021

Leatherhead Food Research successfully passed its latest UKAS audit earlier this month, maintaining Leatherhead’s cooking instructions laboratory accreditation for 2021. The department was audited against ISO 17025:2017 (general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories) and passed with zero findings (testing lab no 9365).

“We’re very pleased with our audit result” said Alex Willey, Head of Food Safety and Analytical Services and Cooking Instructions, “it demonstrates our commitment to continue providing a high-quality and traceable service to our clients”.

Leatherhead’s cooking instructions service has continued safely operating throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting clients to deliver new recipe boxes and restaurant meal kits.
